Key processing deadlines for 02 April 2024 pay

The two bank holidays on Friday 29 March and Monday 1 April over the Easter period will result in payroll processing timelines being brought forward. Subsequently the deadlines for submitting information / changes to CBS, for the pay on Tuesday 2 April 2024, need to change.  

Please be aware of the following new deadlines:

Mileage deadline

The deadline for submitting mileage information will now be Wednesday 13 March 2024.

Overtime deadline

The deadline for submitting overtime will now be accepted up until close of business on Thursday 14 March 2024. This means that overtime worked over the weekend of 16 and 17 March will not be included in the 2 April salary and will be paid in the 30 April salary.

Other changes - deadline

The deadline for submitting all other changes / updates to CBS, such as change of hours, work schedules, leavers, recruitment and absence paperwork will now also be Wednesday 13 March 2024.

Approval in MyPortal deadline

Note that all changes must be input and authorised in My Portal by Wednesday 20 March 2024.
