The Mystery Visitor Programme provides evidence on how well we deliver services to our customers.
What are Mystery Visits?
Mystery Visitors are people who visit our Glasgow Life venues to help us rate our service delivery. The information gathered from the visit helps us to improve the service we deliver.
Would YOU like to become a Mystery Visitor for Glasgow Life?
No experience is necessary - full training will be given. Mystery Visitors usually complete one visit per month. Our venues include Libraries, Museums, Sport, Art and Music venues. After completing a visit the Mystery Visitor receives a gift voucher.
