Volunteer with us
What do we offer individuals?
We offer diverse opportunities for people of all ages and abilities. Volunteers receive a welcome bag, out of pocket travel expenses, support and relevant training. Our volunteers also have the opportunity to attend social events as well as health and wellbeing awareness sessions.
Our volunteers tell us they feel more connected with their communities, have improved physical and mental health, gained confidence, made life-long friends, and gained new skills and experience as a result of donating their valued time.
