9to5Toys review:

It’s a big option – I can put about a week’s worth of clothes in it or say a weekend’s worth of goodies, shoes and technical clothing – with a no-frills design. Although generally basic – there are no dedicated, padded MacBook or iPad pockets here, although there are more compartments to store them – it offers a roomy option with multiple side pockets to keep your travel gear and your accessories organized with a build quality that seems to match the price range. In the few weeks I’ve had it, I’ve put it through its paces – hauled across town multiple times, loaded and unloaded with clothes, shoes and tech accessories, and even back and forth. back for groceries a twice.

The material used here is described as a 100% recycled 600D nylon canvas shell with an “ultra-durable waterproof bottom liner”. It was more than capable of keeping contents dry when sat on relatively snowy pavement for a few minutes and felt about as sturdy as it gets. The feel is somewhere between an almost soft sporty plastic technical fabric and something you might find on typical luggage. It’s definitely not a soft leather bag, but it looked great and was more than able to handle the elements on snowy and wet Uber trips with a versatile design that will work for everything from basic trips to gear hauls , to baby accessories or more daily gym kit involved.

Besides the “lifetime warranty” here, another nice touch is the versatility of the carry handle. Hand carry straps, a padded shoulder strap and a backpack-style configuration, all elegantly accessible with a cord hook strap quick-connect system, the choice of its carrier here and with a particular implementation functional.

There are also several small accents in the design that push it above being a simple zippered stand. There are subtle Peak Design tabs located around the bag and straps (this is particularly pronounced on the sage colourway) alongside a bottom mounted grab handle and various almost hidden velcro pockets tucked inside the compartments zippered. Add the soft packing pouches for extra organization in the main compartment, and you have an attractive and uniquely feature-rich, versatile travel system ready for anything from weekend getaways to longer road trips. ‘foreigner.
